What countries do you ship to and how long does shipping take?
We ship worldwide. Our warehouses are in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe, so your order leaves from whichever is closest to you. We aim to dispatch within 1 business day. Delivery times after dispatch are:
- Australia: 1-5 business days
- New Zealand: 1-4 business days
- United States: 1-5 business days
- UK: 1-3 business days
Orders to everywhere else are dispatched within 1 business day, with tracking.

What is the expiry date on your teeth whitening kits?
The whitening gel in our teeth whitening kits has a 12-month expiry from the date you receive it.
How long will the whitening result last?
With a good maintenance routine, your results will last all year round. How long your teeth hold a shade differs from person to person, and depends on daily dental hygiene and diet. Once you have reached the shade you want, we recommend a top-up treatment twice a month to maintain it and to stop new stains building up.
What types of stains do your products remove?
Our whitening kit and products work on stains for adults aged 18 and over.
There are three causes of tooth discolouration our products can help with. The first, and the easiest to remove, are surface stains. These are typically caused by tobacco, or by regularly drinking coffee, tea, wine or other coloured drinks such as cola.
Stains can also work through the exterior of the tooth and build up inside the enamel. Excessive fluoride use has been associated with this type of staining, particularly in children. It is trickier to remove, but it can be done with our Advanced Teeth Whitening Kit.
The third type is age related, and is usually a combination of surface stains and staining inside the enamel. This can be removed too, although how much depends on the thickness of your enamel. As we age, the core tissue of the tooth, the dentin, naturally yellows, and the enamel covering it thins through abrasion, letting more of the dentin show through. The thinner the enamel, the more stained the teeth appear.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Advanced Whitening Kit if you are not happy with your results. It runs for 30 days from the day your order arrives. To be eligible:
- Contact our customer service team at contact@smileproworldwide.com and describe the issue.
- Return all items received in the kit, including the LED light and the used pens.
- Partial returns are not accepted.
- A valid return tracking number is required.
- Return shipping costs are not covered by SmilePro.
- The guarantee applies to your first purchase only, not to subscriptions or later orders.
If your Advanced Kit was part of a bundle, only the value of the kit is refunded. We do not offer returns or refunds on used Whitening Strips, Whitening Toothpaste, Whitening Pen Packs, Sonic Toothbrushes, replacement heads or the Sonic Steriliser. For full details, see our terms and conditions.
Do your teeth whitening products work on crooked teeth?
Yes, our products work on crooked teeth. The mouth tray is a universal, non-moulding tray designed to fit our whitening LED light, and it cannot be modified. Its job is to stop your lips and saliva from wiping the gel off your teeth.
Once the tray is in, press it gently against the front of your teeth and then let go. The gel stays on the tooth surface even where the tray is not in direct contact. You can also use our Whitening Pen to apply the gel directly to your teeth first, then insert the tray and light as normal.
How long do I have to use the teeth whitening kit to achieve the best results?
Most customers see a noticeable difference in the colour of their teeth after the first 10-minute application. Ten minutes a day for 7 days in a row is all most people need. You can run up to three 10-minute cycles (30 minutes) in one session.
Do your teeth whitening products work on veneers/caps/crowns?
Our products are safe to use on veneers, caps and crowns, and can remove surface stains that have built up on them over time. Keep in mind that they cannot make dental work whiter than its original colour.
Who is teeth whitening suitable for?
Teeth whitening is suitable for adults with healthy teeth and gums and no active dental issues such as cavities, gum disease, cracked teeth, or exposed roots. A healthy mouth helps reduce the risk of sensitivity or irritation and ensures whitening treatments are safe, comfortable, and effective.
Why is teeth whitening recommended only for people over 18?
Whitening is recommended for those aged 18 and over because teeth and enamel are fully developed by adulthood. Younger teeth are still developing and can be more sensitive, which may increase the risk of sensitivity, enamel issues, and gum irritation. To ensure safety, comfort, and consistent results, we do not recommend whitening for anyone under 18.
Can I brush and floss my teeth as normal when using your teeth whitening products?
Yes, you can brush and floss as normal while using our products.
We only recommend using a toothpaste without fluoride just before a treatment, because fluoride can leave a thin layer on the teeth that reduces the whitening result.
Our natural Whitening Toothpaste is fluoride-free, and is a good way to keep your smile bright between treatments.
You can also simply brush with water to clear any food from the surface of your teeth before each treatment.
Do not brush straight after a whitening treatment, as this can cause temporary sensitivity to hot and cold foods.
How does your mouth tray work?
Our mouth tray is a universal, non-moulding tray designed to fit our whitening LED light. It stops your lips and saliva from wiping the gel off your teeth, and it covers the top and bottom teeth together so the whole smile is treated at once.
How does the teeth whitening process work?
The active ingredient in our whitening formula penetrates the enamel to reach and break down the discoloured molecules on your teeth.
Our accelerator LED light, which uses the same blue spectrum as dentists use, activates the formula and increases oxidation. That speeds the process up and lets the formula lift even deep stains, for a whiter smile that lasts longer.
Can I use your teeth whitening products while I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, we do not recommend using our products while pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I use your teeth whitening products if I have a fixed retainer on the back side of my teeth?
Yes. A bonded retainer will not cause a problem, because whitening is done on the front of the tooth and does not affect the retainer or the glue holding it.
Can I use your teeth whitening products if I have braces?
We recommend waiting until your braces have been removed before starting your teeth whitening treatments for best whitening result.
Can your teeth whitening products be used on amalgam fillings?
We do not recommend using our products if you have amalgam fillings. Our whitening gel is applied to the front surface of the teeth, but excess gel can reach amalgam-restored back teeth, where it can leave those restorations more prone to corrosion and raise surface mercury levels. If you have any questions or concerns about your dental work, please speak to a dental practitioner about the options available to you.

Is teeth whitening with SmilePro safe?
Yes. Our products are safe when used as directed. Our whitening formula will not damage your gums or the enamel on your teeth, and all our products comply with ACCC regulations for safe, effective teeth whitening.
Do your teeth whitening products cause sensitivity?
Our products do not cause sensitivity in healthy teeth and gums. If you already have sensitive teeth, check with a dental professional before you start, as there may be an underlying cause.
In healthy teeth, enamel protects the softer layer of dentin underneath, and the gums protect the roots. If the enamel wears down or the gum line recedes, the dentin is exposed, which is what triggers pain in sensitive teeth.
