Shipping & Payment
SmilePro Worldwide accepts orders within Australia and internationally. Current timeframes are as below.
Australian orders 1 to 5 business days. International orders 3 to 10 business days.
All orders will aimed to be dispatched within 24 hours (except weekends) however there may be a delay of up to 5 business days after receiving payment for various reasons. SmilePro Worldwide will not be responsible for any fee's that may incur for international deliveries during their transit. Once handed over to the postal service, SmilePro Worldwide is not liable for orders taking longer than expected.
Please note: Australia Post, New Zealand Post, Aramex, DHL and our warehouse do not operate weekends or public holidays. If you place your order on a Friday, your products will be sent the following Monday.
Returns, Money-back Guarantee
SmilePro Worldwide offers a refund within 30 days after receiving your order, if you are not satisfied with your result. If you need to return an order for any reason, you must first send an email to contact@smileproworldwide.com and describe the problem. Please note a valid return tracking number needs to be provided within 30 days after receiving your order. This refund is only available if all the items of the order are returned, including all empty gel syringes or pens (depending on what came with your order). Partial returns will not be accepted. If subsequent orders are made after the initial order, a refund will not be available. Subsequent subscription orders do not qualify for our guarantee. SmilePro Worldwide do not cover any shipping costs on returns or exchanges. Please make sure that the shipping address you enter is correct, as we will not be responsible for any lost packages.
It can take 2-10 business days until your refund is back to the original form of payment, depending on your credit card and bank. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as the exchange has been processed.
Please refer to Results Disclaimer below for instances where our products may or will not give the desired results.
Kindly note that we do not offer returns or refunds on our Whitening Toothpaste or Dental Floss.
Lost Parcels
Please make sure that you have entered a correct and complete shipping address as SmilePro Worldwide is not responsible for any lost orders when shipping details are missing or are incorrect.
SmilePro Worldwide send all orders within Australia with signature required upon delivery for security reasons. However, customers with a MyPost account can request delivery with Safe Drop via their MyPost app. This means that the customer authorises the delivery driver to leave the parcel in a “safe place” on the premises without a signature required.
Australia Post take every care to make sure that your Safe Drop delivery is left in a safe, secure, weather-proof location. If you haven’t received your item as expected and you’re concerned it's missing or has been stolen, please check:
• with other members of the household
• in other locations around the front of your property
• if you’ve received a card, SMS or email notifying you that it’s been delivered to your local Post Office
• missing mail items for more information.
• Under the Safe Drop terms of use, Australia Post or SmilePro Worldwide can’t be held liable when a Safe Drop has been approved for a delivery which is subsequently damaged or goes missing.

Whitening toothpaste are not intended for use for people under the age of 12. Products should not be used if pregnant or breastfeeding, have gum problems or have recently had an oral operation. Not recommended for people with amalgam fillings. Use of Teeth Whitening Kit, Gel Pack or Whitening Pen for periods of more than 14 consecutive days is to be under the supervision of a dentist only. If irritation (such as redness, swelling, soreness) of the gums or the mouth occurs, discontinue use and consult a dentist. Do not swallow whitening gel or toothpaste. Avoid direct contact of the whitening gel with gums. Avoid contact with the eye. SmilePro Worldwide’s products are not a substitute for regular dental care.

Results Disclaimer
When using the product, the whitening effects and results vary between individuals and may fade over time, depending on the number of applications, the duration of time the product been in use, or different structure on the teeth. Teeth whitening products may not whiten dental work (crowns, veneers, cavities, bridges, etc.).
Please note our products will not work due to the following;
• Imperfections in the tooth enamel
• Discoloration due to thin enamel
• Tooth decay or infection
• Discoloration caused by metal amalgam fillings
• Staining from certain antibiotics

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Currency rates are approximate and payment will be charged in AUD, international banks may charge a currency conversion fee. SmilePro Worldwide reserves the right to cancel orders when there has been an error or malfunction on our website, including incorrect price being displayed or technical difficulty. In this case, customer will be notified and payments will be refunded.
