For use with the SmilePro LED light from the Advanced Kit.
- Brush with water.
- Paint the gel onto your teeth with a pen.
- Tray in, light on, 10 minutes. The light switches itself off.
- Rinse.
Top up every 2 weeks, or weekly if you drink a lot of coffee, tea or red wine.
