Is it safe to shop from SmilePro?

The most important thing to us is the health and safety of everyone in the SmilePro community — our customers, our team and our suppliers.
In line with advice from the World Health Organisation and the state and local authorities, we continue operate within all guidelines. All appropriate health and hygiene standards have been implemented and continue to be adhered to. All orders are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Australia on the Sunshine Coast. All products are packed using protection gloves and face masks by our dispatch team.
Our priority is to closely monitor this situation for updates and maintain appropriate practices.

What is the current delivery process in Australia?

Australia Post are implementing precautions for safe delivery of our orders. To minimise risks to everyone, all parcels – be it at a post office or at a residence – will no longer require a signature for delivery or collection. Australia Post will continue to record your name and delivery on their handheld device.

The impact to international logistics is also causing some delivery delays with Australia Post. They are working with their partners to move items as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience. Any ongoing delivery or Post Office disruptions will be posted on Australia Post website, so please check there for updates.

Are you still shipping to New Zealand?

Yes, we are still shipping to New Zealand as per normal. NZ Post are currently still sending and receiving international parcels and mail, however the situation is constantly evolving and there will be delivery delays. NZ Post are working hard to get mail and parcels out as safe as possible for all parties. Shipping to New Zealand via Express is currently taking around 10 - 18 business days and Standard 18 - 30 business days. Do I need to sign for my parcel upon delivery?

NZ Post are implementing precautions for safe delivery of our orders. To minimise risks to everyone, all orders to New Zealand do not require signature upon delivery. This means that NZ Post will leave your parcel in your mailbox, at your front door or in another a safe place on the premises. Please keep an eye on your tracking number for updates on your parcel’s expected delivery date. Do you still ship worldwide?

Yes, we are currently still shipping International orders, however it is the customer’s responsibility to check their own country’s current mail service process as the situation is constantly evolving and may be different in each country.
